The Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) of Washoe County is continuing construction on the Oddie Wells Project and is advising the community of upcoming traffic control changes due to ongoing construction activity for Phase 3 of the Oddie Wells Project.

During the 2022-2023 school year, there were 21 crashes. The Vision Zero Truckee Meadows regional task force is reminding the community to use extra caution in and around schools as Washoe County School District classes resume on Monday, August 14.
